The Forgotten Fall pg 20

Sherlock wakes up in a mental institution, and doesn't remember anything prior to his 'fall' due to a drug that has been administered by Moriarty. Sherlock finally is allowed into the commons area where he finds John. Soon Sherlock is bored with checkers and flips out. now you're all caught up. Well, then Sherlock gets taken to Moriarty's office and suddenly remembers. Then these guys that work for Moriarty install a weird switchbox. Sherlock figures out what the switchbox means/does and punches a hole in the wall to attract the guards. He's then talken back to Moriarty to foil his plan only to be drugged and put back in his room. When he wakes up he can't remember anything about the switchbox. Weeks pass and eventually all the switches are flipped sherlock is so drugged he doesn't even relise John isn't playing checkers with him. He flips. and NOW you're all caught up.
