Sherlock wakes up in a mental institution, and doesn't remember anything prior to his 'fall' due to a drug that has been administered by Moriarty. Sherlock finally is allowed into the commons area where he finds John. Soon Sherlock is bored with checkers and flips out. and now you're all caught up.
